- Unfortunately, we do not have a size chart because we carry from various vendors and all items vary in size and measurements. If the vendors do provide a size chart it would be included on the product description.
Where is my gift card?
- You will be receiving your gift card by the email you used for your orders. Please allow 3 business days to receive it, also check your junk mail! If the email is incorrect or had a misspelling please reach out to email@example.com with your order confirmation number, let us know what is the right email, the wrong email you used, and put the subject as: Help, I put the wrong email!!
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us: firstname.lastname@example.org
How can we tell the difference when the product is in-stock at your warehouse or coming directly from the supplier?
On the product description you will see a message saying " *Will take approximately 20-30 days to arrive* ", this means it is coming from the supplier directly
Why should we trust the products coming from the supplier?
Before adding the product to my boutique, I do a deep dive search. I make sure I read everything from the supplier, and the reviews. I take this part very seriously.
Why don’t you have the products with you at your warehouse?
I do not have the space for it yet, I’m still a small boutique so my warehouse is my home lol. But as we grow, I will be bringing the popular products in, that way it can get shipped faster for the next time you want to order it again. But I do order a few of the products and will be doing reviews about them on our IG/FB, once I receive them.
